Dr. Lashonda Bailey

Dr. LaShonda Hornsby Bailey, DHSc, is the Founder & CEO of Beating Heart Health Staffing and the Founder & Visionary of Beating Heart Health for Women. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, she has served in leadership roles across regulatory compliance, training, quality assurance, and healthcare operations. As an Allied Health professor and executive leader, she is passionate about education, workforce development, and empowering women through knowledge.

Her doctoral research explored the Emotional Perceptions of Weight Gain in Menopausal Women, sparking a women’s advocacy movement rooted in health literacy and informed decision-making. Through speaking engagements, mentorship, and the MenoTheSis podcast, she transforms personal experience and research into powerful conversations that help women navigate life’s transitions with confidence and clarity.

Wilfred Bailey

Wilfred Bailey serves as President of the Board for Beating Heart Health for Women Foundation. An Air Force veteran with more than 20 years of experience in information technology, systems strategy, and organizational leadership, he brings disciplined oversight, operational insight, and a strong commitment to mission-driven service.

Throughout his career, Mr. Bailey has led complex technical initiatives, strengthened system integrity, and supported data-informed decision-making across diverse environments. His background includes strategic planning, process optimization, and governance-focused leadership, skills that directly support the Foundation’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and sustainable growth.

As Board President, he is dedicated to advancing initiatives that empower women through education, mentorship, and health advocacy while ensuring strong organizational stewardship and long-term impact.

Torri Kellough

Torri Kellough is a seasoned information professional with over two decades of experience spanning both federal and academic libraries. She specializes in teaching research and information literacy skills that foster critical thinking and ethical information use. Her academic focus includes dismantling the complexities of the modern information ecosystem and using mentorship as a primary tool for student engagement to increase college persistence and completion rates. As an avid reader and traveler, she believes access to information is critical for students and professionals to thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing digital world.

Kiyaa Hider

TREASURER

Kiyaa Hider is a business development architect and revenue designer with 20+ years of experience spanning business development, finance, and marketing for both nonprofit and for-profit organizations. As a seasoned business owner, Kiyaa helps leaders clarify their offers, strengthen operations, and build sustainable revenue through strategy, systems, and storytelling.Outside of work, Kiyaa is a wife, mother, and caregiver who is deeply committed to advocating for women’s health. Kiyaa is also proud to support efforts that educate, empower, and expand access to women’s health resources.

Talibah Delaney

With over a decade of experience in talent acquisition, Talibah Dehaney has led strategic hiring initiatives across some of the world’s leading technology firms. She specializes in building high-impact teams, driving talent strategy, and fostering growth cultures. A dynamic leader and mentor, Talibah is passionate about empowering others, and she brings a wealth of expertise in aligning talent with organizational success.
